Role Description

Unibots is seeking a Junior Digital Operations professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to support our digital marketing and compliance efforts. This role focuses on analyzing online advertising performance and ensuring that all campaigns and company products comply with platform policies across major advertising networks.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance monitoring, and providing insights
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Ensure all ads, landing pages, and products comply with platform advertising policies
• Track and analyze performance of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Taboola, and Outbrain
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of the AdTech industry is advantageous
• Bachelors degree
• Review campaigns for violations related to content, targeting, claims, and user experience
• Flag and escalate policy risks or disapproved ads
