Role Description

As our Junior Customer Support Specialist,youllbe the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact forusers-whethertheyresellersonboardingor buyers exploring listings.Youlltroubleshoot issues, guide users through processes, and help shape a support experiencethatsfast, clear, and delightful.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries viaWeb,email, chat, and social media with warmth and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to listings, media uploads, and account setup
  • Guide new sellers through onboarding steps and provide helpful resources
  • Escalate bugs or platform issues to the technical team with clear documentation
  • Maintain and update support scripts, FAQs, and help centre content
  • Track common issues and suggest improvements to reduce friction
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and tone


What You Bring

  • 0-1years of experience in customer support, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment
  • Preferreddegree isMarketing, Communications, Psychology, Arts, Technology.
  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly, clear tone
  • Comfort with tools like Figma, basic file management, and media troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of American English and slangs
  • Detail-oriented, community-minded, and aligned withourplatforms values of authenticity, safety, andinclusiveness
  • Empathy, patience, and a proactive mindset-especially when things go wrong
  • Bonus: experience supporting creators, boutiques, or service providers
