Junior Apparel Production Assistant

JOB ROLE:

Monitor workflow, timelines, Creating detailed order sheets, organising information about orders, buyers, and stock, and daily production progress.

Overlooking Pre Production Process Planning, arranging and testing raw materials, trims, samples prior to the bulk garment production.

Audit/Quality Assurance:Audit of products and ensuring finished goods meet specifications before dispatch. Oversee alterations and corrections, ensuring fit, measurements, and detailing are as per design specifications before shipping the goods.

Packing and Dispatching the orders: Overseeing the packaging process, dispatch Coordinationwith Logistic companies - Ensuring orders are ready as per promised delivery schedule.

Inventory management: Manage Fabric, Trims and ready stock Inventory.

Logistics & Documentation:Handling shipping documentation, coordinating logistics, and preparing MIS reports on production status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to Detail:Ensuring correct labeling and quality standards.

Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Garment quality, inventory.

Graduate in any discipline (Fashion/Business preferred).

Basic knowledge of export documentation is required.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Comfortable with email, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.

Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Experience

3-4 years of experience in Garment Industry, office operations, logistics, or a similar role preferred.
