Junior Accounts Associate - Freshers required

US Shift - Immediate Joiners preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare various reports including sales and purchase summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Perform basic accounting tasks such as recording purchase/sales entries, journal entries, and managing payment records
Generate sales invoices and prepare bank reconciliation statements
Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations
Maintain and update invoice trackers, record payment details, and share updates with respective vendors
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare necessary accounting vouchers and invoices

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA)
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Waveapps, Zoho Books, SAP, and Tally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience are welcome to apply
Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 5:00 AM)
Work location: Koramangala

Salary CTC Up to 3 lakhs
