Junior Account Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and supporting monthly closing activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid foundation in accounting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry and bookkeeping
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank statements
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Handle invoices, payments, and expense vouchers
• Support in preparing financial reports and statements
• Assist in tax filings, audits, and compliance work
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on financial matters

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in commerce / accounting / finance
• 02 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Working Knowledge on Marketplace Accounting & Reconciliation, Purchase & GST Compliance, Accounts Finalization
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks etc.)
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance basics preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
