Job Description
What Youll Do:
Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations.
Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through their decision-making process.
Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, including proactive cold calling.
Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to enrollments.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in EdTech sales or inside sales, ideally in a B2C education-focused environment.
Comfortable with cold calling, target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow.
