Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Full-time | Work from Office

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (10 AM 6 PM)

Compensation:15,000 20,000/month

Green Protein is a fast-growing D2C nutrition brand. Were looking for someone who can handle day-to-day operations without hand-holding someone who is organised, fast, and doesnt panic when things break (because they will).

What youll actually do

• Own daily order processing + dispatch
• Track inventory across warehouse + marketplaces.
• Manage listings, stock sync, and order flows across Shopify, Amazon, Zepto & Blinkit
• Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and internal team to keep things moving
• Fix operational issues in real-time (missed orders, stock mismatches, delays, etc.)
• Build and maintain clean tracking sheets (orders, inventory, reconciliation)

What you need

• 01 year experience in e-commerce / ops / supply chain (D2C/startup preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Uniware/Unicommerce (non-negotiable)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivots, reconciliation)
• Ability to handle multiple things at once without dropping the ball
