Major Responsibilities:
1. Plan, Design and Update Optical Fibre network (FTTx) using GIS tools (PNI)
2. Ensure all documentations & databases are updated
3. Respond to customer queries/escalations in a timely manner
4. Update the relevant workflows with the records received from supply chain
5. Engage and Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues and acquire support
Key performance indicators:
1. Number of Planning/as-built packs completed
2. Turnaround time of requests within agreed SLA
3. Quality of pack completed to meet agreed SLA
Qualification-Necessary Requirement: Bachelor of Engineering in Telecom or other allied subjects
