Hiring | Jewelry Designer (12 Years Experience) | Mumbai

We are looking for a Mumbai-based jewellery designer with 12 years of experience to work on modern, statement-led collections.

Esme is a contemporary jewellery brand working with Swarovski crystals and bold forms.

This role is not suited to designers focused on traditional or Indian ethnic jewellery

What were looking for:

Strong understanding of modern, global, statement design

Ability to translate concepts into a cohesive collection

Confident with bold shapes, color, and scale

Sketching and/or CAD skills (Rhino/Matrix is a plus)

Work Style

We work remotely, but this role requires meeting in person once or twice a week in Mumbai. Wether on a project/collection basis or as an ongoing role

Qualifications

Proficiency in Jewellery Design and Drawing, with a strong ability to bring creative concepts to life
Experience in Fashion Jewellery and an understanding of the latest market trends
Skills in Product Design and expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as Rhino or Matrix
Strong attention to detail and technical skills to translate concepts into production-ready designs
A degree in Jewelry Design, Product Design, or a related field is preferred
Prior work experience in jewelry or fashion design would be an advantage
