Position Summary
Provide expert advisory on jaggery production, quality assurance, and market development to improve efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide sugarcane cultivation and jaggerymaking processes.
- Ensure food safety and certification compliance.
- Recommend modern equipment and process improvements.
- Identify market opportunities and advise on branding/packaging.
- Conduct training for staff and farmer groups.
Qualifications
- Degree in Agriculture/Food Technology or related field.
- 5+ years experience in jaggery production or food consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of food safety/export standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
