Job Description
· Experience in handling major incident bridges · Handling ticketing and messaging tools like ServiceNow , MS Teams etc., · Strong verbal communication and written skills · Experience in customer support/troubleshooting/operations · Impact analysis during the major incident · Handling Hotline calls · Identify and develop metrics and dashboards to monitor adoption and maturity of IT infrastructure · Maintain and improve the availability, performance, scalability and efficiency of the services by implementing monitoring, automation, redundancy, capacity and business-continuity planning · Set up monitoring dashboards, alerts, log management, and other security operations capabilities by utilizing industry-standard tools · Support the infrastructure implementation of changes, participate in the creation and maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures · Work with stakeholders across enterprise to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, best practices and guidelines · Provide rapid troubleshooting, remediation, and root cause analysis · Basic troubleshoot knowledge and participate in on-call support, ensuring the |
