Your typical day will involve working with IBM API Connect and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of ITIL service operations processes, including problem, change, configuration, incident, and release management. - Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes or provide management and coordination across multiple processes. - Ensure the smooth functioning of IT operations in Mumbai, utilizing IBM API Connect and other relevant tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of IT issues and incidents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with IBM API Connect. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of ITIL service operations processes. - Strong understanding of IT operations and related tools. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IBM API Connect. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful IT solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
