Job Description
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles, preferably within a managed services or enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience managing hybrid and cloud-based systems (Azure AD, VMware, AWS, M365).
- Experience working with security alerting platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Sentinel, or similar SIEM solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
