IT

·         Resolving Day to Day IT operational issues and supporting end users and team.

·         Troubleshooting on Windows Servers, LAN, Network, Outlook, VPN and printing related issues.

·         Maintaining the inventory of software and licenses for R&D, Discovery, and Biology.

·         Troubleshooting problems related to Scientific Applications using in R&D, Discovery, and Biology.

·         Managing backups of Instrument systems using for R&D, Discovery, and Biology.

·         Managing and troubleshooting clients ELN with coordination of clients IT support teams.

·         Ensure Maintaining and Updating Local Infrastructure inventory (Including spares).

·         Co-ordinating with Corporate IT team for any implementations support.

·         Working with Site IT team on technical solutions

·         Maintaining Data Center Activities such as observing and recording temperature, humidity, pest control, man movements and safety related activities.

·         Coordinating and following up with vendor for Hardware and Application Server relates issues, implementation, and migrations,

·         Vendor co-ordination for troubleshooting and fixing issues and requests that arise locally.

·         Experience on QMS activities like Deviation, CAPA, Investigation, Change Control Etc.

·         Experience on Qualification of IT Infrastructure.

·         Perform server and security audits, and system backups and recovery

·         Experience on execution of periodic GxP activities. Like PM, GxP Inventory, ACL, Etc.

·         IT tickets closure and keep updating status accordingly.

·         Working experience on preparation of documents like SOP, Protocol, URS, Risk Assessment and Test Scripts Etc.

CAPABILITIES.

·         IT experience in Pharma Industry preferably in Biology, Discovery & R&D.

·         Knowledge and working experience on Outlook VPN, Windows Servers, and networking.

·         Knowledge and work experience on Biology, Discovery & R&D related Applications & Scientific Softwares like ELN, Chem Draw, Graph Pad, ACD, Operetta Etc.

·         Knowledge on Backup and recovery tool preferably Veeam Backup and Restoration tool.

·         Knowledge on GxP and QMS Compliance.

·         Working knowledge on documentation and qualification.

·         Knowledge on Windows Directory Services like AD, DHCP, DNS.
