Your Role:

As the Talent Acquisition Lead / Head of Recruiting (India Operations) , you will:

• Drive Growth & Delivery Own recruiting and account P/L across US & India markets.
• Leverage AI & Data Use AI agents and analytics to 10X client and candidate ROI while managing associated risks.
• Build & Lead Teams Mentor, inspire, and scale a high-performing recruiting and client success team.
• Adapt & Innovate Thrive in a startup-like environment, adapting to market and technology shifts.
• Strengthen Partnerships Engage directly with clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
