Job Description:

We are looking for IT Graduates who are enthusiastic and willing to build their career in IT Recruitment / US Staffing. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Eligibility:

• Education:
• BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science) or related IT background
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Experienced candidates with US Staffing / IT Recruitment experience are also welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (US market)
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating with candidates and clients
• Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
• Understanding job requirements and matching suitable profiles

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in night shift (US time zone)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as an IT Recruiter / US Recruiter (Onsite or Offshore)
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Understanding of IT technologies and roles
