IT Project Coordinator & Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation to completion,
• ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality
• standards.
• Collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to gather and document
• business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to
• identify gaps and areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings and communication between project teams,
• stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with CyberSecurity best practices and standards
• throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the development and implementation of CyberSecurity policies
• and procedures across various Lines of Businesses.
• Provide support in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related
• to CyberSecurity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination and business analysis.
• Proven experience in CyberSecurity, including knowledge of security
• frameworks and protocols.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CISSP) are a plus.
