Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Experience in IT OT network & security assessment and solution design for industrial environment for process, manufacturing & Utility etc
2. Experience in high level and low-level network solution design
3. Hands-on experience configuring IT - OT network infrastructure devices - Network architecture/ switches/ routers/ firewall tools, rule review firewalls/ DMZ/AD etc
4. Experience with firewall solution design, rule review etc
5. Experience with OT security tools like MS D4IOT, Armis, Claroty . Nozomi & Secure remote access solution deployment
6. Working knowledge of Current OT security and safety regulation/standards/guidelines like NIST, ISA99, ANSI,NERC, IEC-62443, NIST 800 82 etc
7. Good understanding of Industrial control system / Operational technology (PLC/SCADA/Historian / DCS/ MES)

Good-to-Have

Certifications in IEC62443. CCNA,
