IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 13 years of experience in staffing/consulting firms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in a staffing/consulting organization
• Experience handling both IT and Non-IT requirements
• Strong understanding of various interview techniques (structured, competency-based, behavioral, stress interviews, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in different selection processes (phone screening, video interviews, reference checks, etc.)
• Ability to conduct and coordinate skill assessments and evaluation processes
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and CMS (Candidate Management Systems)
• Strong sourcing expertise through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT & Non-IT roles
• Understand client/job requirements and perform job analysis
• Draft and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, references, and databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/client interviews
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure proper documentation
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
