The main deliverables considering the above scope are:

-Architectural design, in the physical and logical level, with documentation

-High-level design, in the physical and logical level, with documentation

-Execution of PoCs for new technologies related to the network infrastructure, including the setup of laboratories, with documentation

-Execution of homologation for new technologies related to the network infrastructure, including the setup of laboratories, with documentation

-Development, publishing, enforcement, documentation, and maintenance of the configuration templates to be used in each network layer for the above perimeters

-Development, publishing, enforcement, documentation and maintenance of the recommended hardware and software releases to be adopted in each network layer for the above perimeters

-Development, publishing, enforcement, documentation, and maintenance of the requirements specification for each network layer for the above perimeters

Responsibilities

The deliverables for each of the described services above will be under the supervision, guidance, and prioritization of Banks IT Network Principal Professional. If the service delivered is under expectation in terms of quality, time to deliver, among others, this will be notified as a performance issue to the provider. The SLA for each of the deliverables is described below.

Functional Requirements
