This is a full-time, on-site IT Manager role located in Coimbatore. The IT Manager will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure reliable and secure operations. Responsibilities include managing IT staff, implementing and maintaining technology solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data security.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration
- Proficiency in cybersecurity protocols, data management, and disaster recovery planning
- Proven leadership abilities, project management skills, and team collaboration experience
- Problem-solving capabilities and experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience with software development, deployment, and IT procurement processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with jewellery industry-specific software and technologies is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
