BRITA India Water Solutions Private Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of BRITA SE headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka.


Job Overview:

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for ensuring the stable and secure operation of the local IT infrastructure at BRITAs India site. This includes full ownership of all local IT solutions from infrastructure to applications and the reliable delivery of IT services to local users.


Key Responsibilities / Technical Skills:


  • Network technologies and monitoring tools
  • Microsoft systems: Windows, M365, Entra, Active Directory
  • Client and server infrastructure (hardware and software)
  • TSM/ITIL processes and ticketing systems
  • Client troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Basic IT security best practices and compliance awareness
  • General understanding of incident response processes
  • General understanding of web technologies.
  • IT Asset Management and Hardware maintenance viz. End User Computing/IT Equipments (Laptops/Printers etc.)
  • Technical Assistance for procurement of IT assets Experience managing and coordinating external service providers viz. ISP, OEMs, website maintenance etc


Risk & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with global IT policies, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments


Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage escalations and resolve cross-functional issues effectively.


Business Acumen:

  • Basic understanding of IT budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.


Qualification:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
  • Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, or network technologies are a plus
  • Minimum 8 plus years of relevant experience in Managerial role handling IT support and infrastructure operations, ideally in an international environment.
  • Broad IT skill set with 12 areas of deeper expertise (e.g., networks, servers, Microsoft technologies)
  • Proven leadership in managing mid-scale IT operations.
  • Experience working with agile teams is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to working in a global, matrixed environment.
