Role - IT IS_SCCM_INTUNE (L3 EUC Specialist Intune & SCCM)

• L3 EUC Specialist Intune & SCCM
• Responsibility:
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Lead migration projects from SCCM to Intune, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide L3-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex EUC issues.
• Configure and optimize device management policies, application deployment, and patch management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for endpoint management and reporting.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce device security baselines and conditional access policies.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of EUC infrastructure.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and migration runbooks.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers on Intune and SCCM best practices.
• Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and SCCM (ConfigMgr).
• Proven track record of SCCM-to-Intune migration projects.
• Expertise in Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and application packaging.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure AD integration and conditional access.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, MD-102, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
