We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum 2+ years of experience to join our IT team in Hyderabad. If you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end users, wed like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve laptop and desktop issues (hardware & software)

Handle Operating System related issues (Windows)

Resolve Outlook / email related problems

Provide support for end-user technical issues

Diagnose and fix network connectivity issues on laptops/workstations

Support printers and other IT peripherals

Maintain IT asset inventory and tracking

Assist users with basic networking and system configuration

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years experience in IT Desktop Support

Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS and laptop hardware

Experience handling Outlook / email client issues

Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, IP configuration, connectivity troubleshooting)

Experience in IT asset management and inventory tracking

Good communication and user support skills

Location: Hyderabad
