Role Description

Generate leads by visiting farmers, retailers, dealers, and agriculture
offices in the assigned territory.
Assist farmers and dealers in applying for the MIMIS subsidy scheme
by handling required documents, farmer registration, land records
submission, and follow-up until approval.
Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and farmer awareness
meetings.
Identify and appoint new dealers and strengthen existing dealer
relationships.
Monitor competitor pricing, scheme updates, and market activities.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales tracking, outstanding collection
follow-up, and territory performance updates.
Coordinate after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with Agriculture Officers, ADH/AAO
offices, and local value influencers.
Required Qualifications
Any Degree / Diploma(Agriculture or Agri-Marketing preferred)
1-3 years of experience in field sales (Irrigation / Agriculture
segment preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness for field work
may also apply.
