Job Description
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure IoT Hub, Device Provisioning Service (DPS), Event Hub, and Stream Analytics.
- Good understanding of IoT solution architecture, including device connectivity, twin synchronization, telemetry routing, and data ingestion.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Cosmos DB for integration and automation.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, MQTT, and AMQP protocols.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python for support automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for alerting and diagnostics.
Operational Competencies
- Minimum 35 years of experience in L2 support for IoT or cloud-based managed services.
- Proven experience working in SLA-driven environments with structured escalation processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex cloud-IoT interactions.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays (8x7 coverage).
