About the role-We are looking forsharp, quick-on-their-feetInvestor Relations Fellowto support our Investor Relations function at a Venture Capital fund focused on theEnergy Transition sector. This fellowship is designed for early-career professionals and pre-MBA candidates who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to fundraising, investor engagement, data management, and LP research within the VC ecosystem.

The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities-

• Supportfundraising activitiesincluding investor outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management with Limited Partners (LPs)
• Assist inCRM development, maintenance, and data hygienefor investor databases
• Build and manageinvestor databases, contact lists, and outreach trackers
• ConductLP researchand profiling to support fundraising and investor engagement strategies
• Coordinate and executeinvestor events, meetings, demo days, and programs
• Create and updateinvestor collateralssuch as pitch decks, teasers, data rooms, and reports by integrating information from multiple sources
• Supportinformation integration and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on investor-related initiatives

Key Requirements-

• 1 year of experiencein roles such as Analyst, Data Management, Sales Support, or similar
• Hands-on proficiency inMS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience or exposure to:
• Sales support and/or fundraising activities
• CRM tools and database management
• Investor or client relationship management
• Prior experience inevent coordination, program management, or stakeholder engagement
• Strong research, documentation, and presentation skills
• Pre-MBA candidatesstrongly preferred
• Basic understanding ofVenture Capitaland theEnergy Transition / Climate / Sustainability sector
