Job Description Chat Support Executive (Investment Banking | BFSI)

Process: Chat Support (Non-Voice)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 6 months (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are hiring Chat Support Executives for an Investment Banking / BFSI process (Trade Republic). The role involves handling customer queries via chat related to investment and trading products, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat related to investment & trading services
• Provide support on stocks, equities, ETFs, mutual funds, trading accounts
• Assist customers with account-related and transaction-related queries
• Maintain accuracy and adherence to BFSI compliance guidelines
• Ensure high-quality written communication and customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues as per defined processes

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 6 months experience in BFSI / Investment Banking / Finance sector
• Mandatory experience in Chat / Non-Voice process (Finance domain preferred)
• Knowledge of capital markets, trading, wealth management, or securities
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment

Preferred Background

• Experience with Investment Banking / Capital Markets / Trading platforms
• Prior exposure to international BFSI clients
