Internship- Sales Operations & Customer Success (With PPO)

Location:Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Stipend:15,000 per month

Duration:6 Months (Conversion to Full-Time based on performance)

PPO Package:Market Standard (Review after Month 5)

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. This is a 6-monthManagement Traineeprogram. You will run the backend operations for our entire Sales & Support function. If you prove your mettle, you join us Full-Time as aSales Operations Executive.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO:

1. Managing a Sales Network (40+ Distributors)

• Collect orders daily from offline sales teams via WhatsApp/Email.
• Punch orders into the system and coordinate with Warehouse for same-day dispatch.
• Learn how FMCG distribution, billing, and supply chain actually work.

2. Financial Discipline (TA/DA & Expenses)

• Verify travel claims (TA/DA) of field sales officers. Catch errors, verify visits, and process payouts.
• Maintain simple, accurate trackers on Excel.

3. The Art of Customer Success

• Handle calls/chats from pet parents (D2C) and business partners (B2B).
• Solve real problems: Damaged parcels, tracking delays, product queries.
• Learn how to turn an angry customer into a loyal fan.
