CNLABS is looking for a smart, energetic interns to join our Business Development team.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Website Management (Day-to-Day)

Web Updates: You will be the owner of the CNLabs website. This means posting new blogs, updating event pages, and fixing layout issues; experience with WordPress or basic HTML/CSS is essential

Content Creation: Create professional social media posts (LinkedIn) and brochures using tools like Canva.

Visibility: Help us ensure potential clients find us online (basic SEO).

Business Development

Market Research: Find companies globally that need testing for products like Routers, IoT devices, or Cloud security.

Outreach: Draft and send emails to introduce CNLabs to potential customers.

Lead Tracking: Keep our CRM database organized and schedule meetings for the senior team.

The Presales Path - Stretch Goal

While you work on BD and Marketing, you will get immense exposure on the technical side.

You will sit in on client calls and learn how to explain technical solutions.

Goal: By the time you become a full-time employee, you will be ready to help with proposals and technical demos.

Qualifications

Education: Recent graduate or final year student (B.Tech, or MBA).

Note: Since we are a tech lab, a technical background or strong interest in tech is preferred.

Web Skills: You are comfortable with technology. You know how to edit a website, use AI tools, or design a slide deck.

Communication: Excellent written English. You can write professional emails that get replies.

Attitude: You are hungry to learn. You don't wait for instructions; if you see something broken, you fix it.

The Path to Full-Time

Months 1-3: Gain industry exposure + Handling Website & Outreach.

Month 4: Managing your own lead generation campaigns.

End of Internship: Performance Review Full-Time Offer
