Job Title: International Voice Support Executive

Work Type: Full-time

Shift: 247 Rotational (including night shifts and weekends)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused International Voice Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in international voice processes. This is a customer-facing role requiring a strong commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.

Communicate clearly and confidently in English across different accents and cultures.

Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues.

Required Expertise & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in International Voice Support (mandatory).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to adapt to changing shifts and work in a 247 rotational environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Working knowledge of CRM tools and call centre technology is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

Full-time education with minimum 15 years completed (10+2+3).

Degree Certificate & all Mark Sheets are mandatory for verification.

Preferred Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
