Internal Communication Specialist

Role description

We are seeking a proactive Internal Communications Specialist to support and enhance internal communication efforts at Cyient. The role involves creating clear, engaging, and effective communication materials, ensuring organizational messages are consistent, aligned with company values, and effectively delivered to employees. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with People Practice, Marketing, and crossfunctional teams to drive employee engagement and foster a transparent and connected workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute internal communication strategies aligned with People goals and organizational priorities.
• Create and manage internal communication content including emails, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and intranet updates.
• Support People initiatives such as employee engagement programs, policy updates, cultural activities, and leadership communication.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all internal channels.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and ensure timely communication delivery.
• Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Assist in planning internal events, town halls, and employee interactions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable); understanding of internal communication tools and platforms: working knowledge of M365 Suite and design (must), and video editing software (desirable)
• 2-6 years of domain knowledge and experience in People-related communication; fresh Communications graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to create brand-compliant content with quality and speed; and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
