Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Internal Auditor role located in Delhi. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying areas of risk, recommending improvements, and collaborating with various departments to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of Process/ Internal Audit

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing audit reports.
• Process Audit (HR/Compliance/Payroll/Process)
• Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies and assessing financial risk.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CIA is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls is preferred.
