Job Description
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to old and existing prospects
- Follow up on leads to assess interest and move conversations forward
- Understand basic client requirements and share insights with the sales team
- Schedule demos and meetings for senior sales members
- Maintain and update call records in CRM/tracking sheets
- Ensure strong and consistent follow-ups (with full team support)
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bcom/ BMS/MMS/MCom or equivalent degree
Required Expertise:
- Prior experience in sales, calling, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls with prospective clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and receptive to feedback
Duration: 6 months
Location: Mumbai
