Job Description
Goal of the project:
Supporting the Loyalty team with end-to-end marketing operations for our VIP (SELECT) customer base on the TATA CLiQ Luxury platform.
Deliverables:
· Analyze existing SELECT customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to design an end-to-end campaign operations plan.
· Identify gaps & redundancies in the existing process and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Define communication rules: tone, frequency, segmentation, personalization, and escalation paths.
· Collaborate with the content and design teams for streamlining are marketing campaigns and operations.
· Ensure timely inputs from all category teams and strong inter department co-oridnation for smoother campaign operations
· Raising briefs to design & content in-line with the business objectives
· Meeting the TAT for any SELECT cohort customers issues (to only check the customer issue date and resolution date needs to be within the TAT) else highlight the same
Measure:
· Creating reports with key metrics for below channels:
o Emails
o SMS
o WA
o In app
o Natives
· Daily campaign health reports
· Daily target vs achievement trackers
Durations: 3 months
