Job Title: Home Quality Inspection Intern

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Home Quality Inspection Intern to join our team and support our site quality and handover processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in inspecting residential units for construction quality, finishing standards, and functionality of fixtures/fittings.

• Conduct pre-handover inspections and record findings in detailed checklists.

• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and customer care teams to ensure timely rectification of defects.

• Document issues with photos and notes and help prepare inspection reports.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and basic real estate norms.

• Participate in handover processes and client walkthroughs as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Basic understanding of construction practices and home inspection elements.

• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

• Good communication skills (Marathi/Hindi and English preferred).

• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets for reporting.

• Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune.
