Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as job postings and social media recruitment.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with senior HR team members to streamline recruitment processes.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools (experience with HRMS like Darwinbox is a plus).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
