Job Title : AI Recruiting Intern

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite / Hybrid)

Duration: 36 Months Internship (Potential full-time opportunity for top performers)

Internship Overview

As an AI Recruiting Intern, you will learn how modern companies use artificial intelligence to source, screen, and evaluate candidates. You will work with AI recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and automation systems to identify and evaluate candidates for technology roles.

Required Skills:

Strong English communication skills

Good internet research ability

Basic understanding of technology roles (Software Development, AI, Cloud, etc.)

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals

Interest in Artificial Intelligence and recruiting technology

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Students pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Tech, or related degrees

Fresh graduates interested in recruiting or HR technology

Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
