Role Description

This full-time, on-site Intermediate Architect position is based in New Delhi. The Intermediate Architect will be responsible for contributing to architectural projects from concept development to completion. Daily tasks include designing, drafting, and overseeing project execution while collaborating with clients, consultants, and team members. Additional responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, adhering to design standards, and integrating innovative yet timeless solutions in every project.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of spatial design principles and detailing.
• Experience with relevant design and documentation software, and proficiency in Revit, Enscape, or D5 rendering software, is essential.
• Strong self-management skills to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience working on diverse and complex projects is preferred.
