Job Description: Interior Project Manager (Interior & Exterior Faade)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager with strong exposure to exterior faade works, capable of independently handling large projects end-to-end. The candidate should be proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage interior fit-out projects from design coordination to final handover
Oversee exterior faade works including material selection, execution coordination, and quality control
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and work plans
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors
Supervise site execution to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor quality, timelines, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Handle billing, certification, and variation management
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting to management and clients
Resolve on-site technical and execution challenges proactively
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of interior execution (civil, carpentry, finishes, MEP coordination)
Working knowledge of exterior faade systems (ACP, glazing, stone cladding, louvers, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret GFC drawings and shop drawings
Knowledge of materials, vendors, and site practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Experience & Qualification
34 years of relevant experience, with proven record of handling large projects independently
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
Experience in managing projects from mobilization to handover is mandatory
