Job Description This is where our philosophy is engineered into physical reality. As an Interior Designer, you will bridge the gap between abstract vision and rigorous execution for our high-end residential and corporate environments. You will govern the design process from spatial planning to technical execution, ensuring that our standard of "quiet luxury" and uncompromising detail is protected and upheld at every stage of the build.

Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual briefs into highly detailed, functional, and aesthetically flawless environments.
• Develop, oversee, and issue precise technical drawing packages, furniture layouts, material schedules, and lighting schematics.
• Govern the "invisible architecture" of a projectcoordinating seamlessly with vendors, contractors, and technical consultants to ensure exact execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and site progression with absolute authority, shielding the client from the operational chaos.
• Collaborate closely with the principal designer and styling team to ensure the structural design perfectly supports the final curated narrative.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven, rigorous experience in high-end luxury interiors (residential and/or commercial).
• Impeccable mastery of spatial planning, technical detailing, and architectural drafting.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and presentation applications).
• Deep technical knowledge of bespoke materiality, custom joinery, and high-end finishes.
• Commanding communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead site meetings and align multiple execution teams.
• A portfolio that demonstrates an obsession with detail, proportion, and cohesive spatial narratives.
