The Opportunity: Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization & Design Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of design projects, ensuring every elementfrom space planning to final finishesis cohesive and high-quality.

Technical Drawing: Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications that bridge design vision with build reality.

Collaboration & Project Management: Work seamlessly with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors. Ensure projects meet stringent specifications, stay within timelines, and adhere to budgets.

FF&E Curation: Utilize your expertise in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection to curate exceptional, functional interiors.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

We are seeking a professional with a passion for design excellence and strong project ownership skills.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Space Planning & Design: Proven ability to create functional, visually appealing, and code-compliant spaces.

Strong Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of architecture and construction drawings.

Attention to Detail & Creativity: An eye for detail and strong creative problem-solving abilities.

Project Management Capabilities: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

A (Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field)(link to a relevant educational resource or association if applicable) is highly preferred.

Previous professional experience in an interior design role is a significant advantage.
