Job Title: Sr. Interior Designer /Interior Designer

Department: Design & Development

Reporting To: Head of Interior

ONLY MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATE AND WILLING TO RELOATE MUMBAI CANDIDATE NEED TO APPLY .

ITS ON SITE/AT OFFICE SEWRI LOCATION & MONDAY TO SATURDAY WORKING

Job Overview:

Responsible for leading the complete interior design vision, concept development, and execution of all projects. This role involves strategic planning, creative direction, material selection, coordination with consultants, vendors, and ensuring delivery of world-class interiors aligned with brand standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership & Concept Development

• Develop interior design concepts, themes, and mood boards for all projects.
• Set design standards, guidelines, and brand aesthetic.
• Approve layouts, 3D views, and material boards.

2. Project Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, civil engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare design timelines, deliverables, and milestone plans.
• Conduct design review meetings and ensure on-time execution.

3. Technical & Material Expertise

• Finalize material palettes, finishes, furnishings, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials, custom furniture, and luxury detailing.
• Approve shop drawings, BOQ, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

4. Vendor & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and interior contractors.
• Conduct site visits to review quality, finishing, and installation.
• Resolve design issues and ensure adherence to specifications.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and supervise in-house designers & draftsmen.
• Allocate tasks, approve outputs, and conduct performance reviews.
• Encourage innovation and design excellence within the team.

6. Budget & Quality Control

• Work with procurement to manage budgets and material costs.
• Ensure quality standards and premium finishing.
• Value engineering without compromising aesthetics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in high-end interior projects (hospitality, residential, commercial).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop.
• Creative vision with strong technical detailing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 55,000.00 - 125,000.00 per month( based on Existing withdrawn)
