Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Provide L2/L3 support for both IBM IIB and IBM ACE services hosted on AWS.
Support and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Lead or assist in the migration of IBM MQ to AWS EKS, leveraging Stateful Sets for high availability and persistence.
Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes.
Deploy and configure services across development, test, and production environments
Required Skills & Experience:
IBM IIB development and administration
IBM ACE development and administration
IBM MQ support and administration
Experience with MQ migration to AWS EKS using Stateful Sets
Basic knowledge of DevOps practices
Basic understanding of AWS Cloud services
Basic familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to streamline deployment pipelines.
Maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, configurations, and migration steps.
