Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to support and maintain plant instrumentation systems in our chemical manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters
- Handle calibration of instruments as per schedule and maintain calibration records
- Maintain PLC, DCS, SCADA systems and control panels
- Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
- Maintain documentation for audits and internal records
- Support new project installation and commissioning activities
