What would you do? Responsible in evaluations/delivering/validating the training performance to the business. Review in existing training models to modify or implement new ideas to make business outcome more effective. Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering based on the budget.Connect with stakeholders and clients to project the training team performance based on business requirements. Supervising and Providing opportunities to the trainers to improve their additional skills to improve the work efficacy. Recomending the changes based on feedback from other stakeholders to deliver the training program according to business needs. The Content Management team focuses on organizing, categorizing, auditing and publishing content and information with the help of specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals. They are also responsible for auditing and ensuring quality of online content by flagging risks and providing clear feedbacks on errors. The team is responsible for managing the content on websites, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.

Analysing the root cause to understand for the problem exists. Ensuring in working across the other functions to work together for shared goals. Driving the delivery of business as planned to meet the client and stake holders expectation Taking pro active reasearch method to avoid business risk and addressing issues to avoid escalation
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams. Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual Contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
