Job Description & Summary:

A career within the Integration & Automation App Support Manager role involves working with development teams to build custom integrations, web applications, and mobile applications. You will support both front-end and back-end components and implement automation solutions for integration and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and environments.
Support developers and testers in resolving build, deployment, and environment configuration issues.
Manage source control repositories and branching strategies.
Troubleshoot CI/CD process issues.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize automation processes.
Manage and optimize cloud-based services for scalability.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions.
Develop automation scripts and tools.
Provide support for existing applications and troubleshoot deployment issues.
Ensure compliance with security best practices

Mandatory skill sets:

Proven experience in DevOps with a focus on integration and automation.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Terraform, GitLab, or other repositories.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Preferred skill sets:

Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Certification in AWS, Azure, or other relevant technologies
