Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in selling ERP solutions . The ideal candidate should have previously worked with ERP platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, SAP B1, Tally, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics , or similar enterprise software products. The role involves lead generation, prospect qualification, product pitching, online demos, and supporting the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.
  • Sell ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions to SMB and enterprise clients.
  • Understand customer business processes and identify ERP requirements.
  • Conduct online product presentations and coordinate demos with pre-sales teams.
  • Manage the inside sales cycle from lead qualification to opportunity closure.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on commercial discussions.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with field sales and implementation teams to support deal closures.
  • Track competitor offerings (Zoho, Odoo, etc.) and market trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 24 years of experience in inside sales of ERP / enterprise software products.
  • Prior experience with Zoho, Odoo , or similar ERP platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows (Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, Procurement).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
