- Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive lead generation, outbound calling, and prospect qualification.
- Build scripts, call guides, and outreach frameworks for the team.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to achieve targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales for seamless lead flow.
- Improve inside sales processes to enhance conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for leadership review.
