Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Lead with hands-on experience in Cloud Services, IT Solutions, and/or Hardware Sales . This role is ideal for a high-performing inside sales professional ready to take ownership of deals, mentor junior reps, and drive consistent pipeline and revenue through remote selling.


Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Deal Ownership

  • Own the complete inside sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Drive revenue through calls, emails, video meetings, and virtual demos
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured discovery
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of deals across stages


Solution Selling & Closures

  • Understand customer requirements and position cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), IT services, and hardware solutions
  • Work with pre-sales and partner teams on solutioning, pricing, and proposals
  • Handle negotiations and close deals remotely


Team Support & Mentoring

  • Act as a go-to person for junior inside sales reps
  • Share best practices on objection handling, discovery, and closing
  • Support inside sales managers with training and process improvements


CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion, deal velocity, and win rates
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, customer trends, and competition


Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 3 - 6 years of B2B Inside Sales experience in:
  • Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or
  • IT Solutions / Managed Services or
  • Hardware Sales (Servers, Storage, Networking, End-user devices)
  • Proven ability to close mid-sized deals via inside sales


Skills

  • Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and long sales cycles
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud basics, and enterprise hardware
  • Experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
  • Exposure to OEMs, cloud partners, or distributors
  • Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior sales team members
